Van Buskirk Cos., has started work on a 160-acre mixed-used development called Hazeltine on the northwest corner of Benson and Marion roads. Steve Van Buskirk, development director for Van Buskirk Cos., said Hazeltine is one of the first true green field developments in Sioux Falls since the economic downturn.
